Dozers
For pushing, clearing, and rough-grading acreage and development sites.
Owner-operated land clearing, excavation, and site prep across the OKC metro. The right equipment on-site, and a firm number before we start.
Tell us about your land and we will call you back, usually the same day.
Innovative Services was built in 2015 for landowners and builders who could not find a contractor that would show up with the right machines, scope the job honestly, and finish it. We handle land clearing, tree grinding, forestry mulching, and ROW clearing across the metro.
We are family owned with fully in-house crews. Our own operators, on our own equipment, on every job. Nothing goes to a subcontractor you never met, which is why the price you are quoted is the price that holds.
From a single overgrown lot to a full development site, we clear it, grub it, grade it, and leave it ready to build. Every service below is quoted with a free on-site estimate.

Land clearing is an equipment game. We own the iron and run it with our own operators, so we match the machine to your land instead of forcing one tool onto every job.

Nobody buys acreage for what it looks like the day they walk it. They buy it for what it could be: pasture that carries cattle, a pond that still holds water in August, fields that run clean end to end, and a place worth handing down. The cedar, the blackjack thickets, and the washed-out draws are what stand between that picture and the ground you actually own.
That is the work we like most. We walk the property with you, listen to what you want the place to do, and tell you honestly what it takes to get there and in what order. Then we bring the iron and do it. Most farm and ranch ground does not get there in one pass, so we help you stage it: open the ground you need this season, then keep working toward the rest.
You describe the farm you want. We tell you what the land will allow, and then we build it.
Cedar and brush take Oklahoma pasture back faster than most people expect. We clear and mulch it off so grass returns and the acres carry stock again.
Forestry MulchingNew ponds, cleanouts, and rebuilt dams so your stock water is still there in August instead of only after a spring storm.
Roads & PondsRoads, culverts, and crossings cut and packed so a truck or a loaded trailer still reaches the back of the place when the ground is wet.
Access RoadsFence lines cleared to run new wire, field edges squared back up, and the tree line stopped before it takes another ten feet off your ground.
Brush ClearingOwn farm or ranch ground you have not been able to use? Walk it with us and find out what it can become.
Construction, dozer, and paving contractors across Oklahoma call us to clear and grind timber before their crews roll in. When another contractor puts their schedule in your hands, it is because the work held up the last time.
