Our Story

Built by an Operator, for Oklahoma Landowners

Too many landowners and builders in Oklahoma cannot find a contractor who will show up with the right machines, scope the job honestly, and see it through to a buildable site. Innovative Services was built in 2015 to be that contractor.

We are family owned and operated, and our crews are fully in-house. There is no layer between you and the people doing the work, because the work never leaves our hands. We read the ground on a walk-through, give you a firm number, and run the machines on the job ourselves. We clear, grub, excavate, and grade across the OKC metro, and we know what central Oklahoma ground actually does: dense blackjack and post oak, and pasture grown over with cedar.

Our own crew, start to finish. The people who price your job are the people who clear it. We are owner-operated, so there is no salesperson quoting work that someone else has to deliver, and no call center between you and the equipment.

Do you subcontract any of the work out?

No. Our crews are fully in-house: our own operators on our own equipment, on every job. That matters more than it sounds. When a contractor subs the work out, you lose control of who is actually on your property, what standard they hold, and whether the price you agreed to survives contact with the job. You get the crew you hired, start to finish.

How long have you been in business?

Innovative Services has cleared and prepped land across central Oklahoma since 2015. We are family owned and operated, not a franchise or an out-of-town outfit.

Do you really come out to the property to quote a job?

Yes. Every estimate is free and done in person. We walk the property and read the real job, acreage, tree and brush density, terrain, access, and haul-off, so the number reflects your actual land instead of a rough phone guess.
