Tight Lots, Limited Access
Infill and older in-town lots often have fences, utilities, and neighbors close on both sides. Access dictates the equipment we bring and how the material comes out.
Oklahoma City is the center of our service area. We clear residential lots, commercial sites, and development tracts across the metro.
Oklahoma City covers a lot of ground, and the clearing work changes completely depending on where in it you are. Inside the built-up parts of the city we are usually working a single lot with neighbors on both sides, a fence line to protect, and barely enough room to swing a machine. Out toward the growing edges of the metro, including the northwest expansion corridor, we are clearing full tracts ahead of dirt work and construction.
We handle both, and the difference matters when you are pricing a job. A tight city lot is often less acreage but more care: protecting what stays, keeping the site contained, and hauling material out through a narrow approach. A development tract is more machine time but easier to work. Either way we come out, read your specific lot, and give you a firm number before anything starts.

We clear and grind timber ahead of dirt work for site and paving contractors across the metro. Larger tracts, coordinated with the schedule the build is running on.
Metro ground turns to soup after a storm and bakes hard in August, so timing changes how a job runs.
Oklahoma City is our home base for service, so we are on job sites across the metro constantly. That means we can usually get out to walk a property quickly, and we already know how this ground behaves before we bring a machine onto it.
One owner-operated crew handles all of it, so your project does not get handed between contractors.
We come out to your Oklahoma City property, read the acreage, density, terrain, access, and haul-off, and give you a firm number.
We confirm what stays, what goes, and the finished grade you need, then set a start date that fits your timeline.
We bring the right equipment and work through it in one coordinated push, handling the material as we go.
We leave the site clean and graded, then walk it with you before we pull off.
We come out, walk the land with you, and price the real job on the spot. Free, and there is no obligation to book.
Trusted on job sites by construction and dozer contractors across the OKC metro.
